The 94089 zip code is located North of Highway 101 and includes Lakewood Village and newer townhome and condo developments located near Fair Oaks and Tasman. Homes in this zip code all belong to the Sunnyvale Elementary School district and fall within either Lakewood Elementary, or Fairwood Elementary attendance boundaries, along with Columbia Middle School and Fremont High School. You will find Sunnyvale’s newest park, Seven Seas Park on Morse Ave, a 5.3-acre ocean-themed park.
