Meet Pelin

Pelin Erdal has earned respect from her clients for many things, including her direct, honest approach and genuine care for their best interests. A Silicon Valley native, Pelin attended Saratoga schools, UC Davis for undergraduate, and later the University of Santa Clara School of Law, where she specialized in property law. Pelin worked as an estate-planning attorney before joining her mother, local real estate icon Nil Erdal, in 2007.
 
Today, Pelin serves as Atria Real Estate’s brand strategist. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Pelin uses her business acumen to implement Atria’s vision and mission. From developing strategic marketing plans to streamlining procedural and organizational systems, Pelin leads her team in delivering the highest level of service.
 
Utilizing many of the professional skills she honed as an attorney, Pelin ensures Atria’s clients have seamless, successful experiences. She keeps her attention on the finest details and takes care of their needs throughout the process.
 
Outside of real estate, Pelin is involved in many passion projects, which include teaching yoga at a local women’s shelter and leading a volunteer program called Seeds of Compassion with her two young children. She also helps families learn to create healthy and less-toxic home environments.
