Meet Pelin

Pelin Erdal has earned respect from her clients for many things, including her direct, honest approach and genuine care for their best interests. A Silicon Valley native, Pelin attended Saratoga schools, UC Davis for undergraduate, and later the Santa Clara University School of Law, where she specialized in property law. Pelin worked as an estate-planning attorney before joining her mother, local real estate icon Nil Erdal, in 2007.

Today, Pelin serves as Atria’s in-house Interior Designer. In this role she seamlessly blends interior design principles with real estate expertise to maximize property value and marketability for Atria clients.

Leveraging her unique talent for visualizing a homes’ potential and her innate love for style and architecture, Pelin oversees the listing preparation process from start to finish. This includes creating a cohesive design concept,  defining scope of improvements that will deliver the highest return on investment, and selecting materials, paint colors and finishes that bring the vision to life. 

Outside of real estate, Pelin is involved in many passion projects, including yoga, holistic nutrition, and promoting healthy home environments through the use of natural, non-toxic building materials.
